Getting a reliable parcel sending point from East London not a easy job unfortunately. There few parcel shops in Whitechapel Stepney Green and Mile End Area but most them has poor reputation on timing and customer service  . If you are a regular parcel sender or Ebay Amazon seller you all will agree with me. Most of parcel points are charging higher amount than usual and customer service is not very good. Moreover some of them add up some hidden cost on the top of the advertised price . Cargo courier or parcel senders  of these areas experienced these unexpected surprise the time of sending parcels or courier.

Recently I had complete  different experience at Eastend Logistics  at the time of sending my parcel to USA. Members staffs were very friendly and helpful so I felt it’s my responsibility to write few words about them. One of member of staff helped me to pack and wrap my items and provided some packing materials as well. My items was sent by DHL in cheapest price I have seen on other quotes and I took some online quote in different service providers and even from DHL’s website as well. Surprisingly  the amount Eastend Logistics Parcel Point  charged me was the cheapest. Usually online quotes are cheaper than in store service. I believe it was a great deal I got from Eastend Logistics Parcel Point and packing help was the bonus.

I have to send parcel to USA and France quite often and I am an occasional Ebay seller as well. I will use Eastend’s  highly recommended service again.
